John Paul Arcia

John Paul Arcia

John Paul Arcia is a Florida licensed attorney with twenty years of business experience before becoming an attorney.  It is the business experience which gives Paul his commitment to bring Practical Legal Solutions to his clients.  Paul is a commercial trial attorney who is certified by the National Institute of Trial Attorneys (NITA).  The focus of his practice is Homeowner Association Representation as well as representation of private lenders as Plaintiff’s in mortgage foreclosure actions.  Paul is admitted to the United States Bankruptcy Court, for the Southern District and Middle District of Florida and has an active bankruptcy practice whereby he represents Associations as creditors and debtors.  Paul also has a successful appellate practice.

Education.  Paul attended The American University for his undergraduate studies where he obtained his BS in Finance & Accounting in 1986.  After twenty-year business career, in 2006 he  enrolled at Florida Coastal School of Law (FCSL) where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree in 2009.

Business Background.  Paul Arcia is a native of Queens, New York.  Paul worked in the Garment Center in New York City for 20 years from 1986 to 2006.  Paul owned and operated a clothing manufacturing company and produced fashion junior jeans for many major US Retailers such as Walmart, Target, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Forever 21 and the Wet Seal.  Paul operated factories in Colombia, South America, maintained sales and design offices in New York and Los Angeles and employed over 1,500 people. 

Paul Arcia is also a Licensed Florida General Contractor. Paul was in the construction industry from 1998 to 2005 and built many luxury townhouses located in Coconut Grove, Florida.

Renni Eicoff

Office Manager

Renni has extensive experience in Association governing documents and accounting.  Renni is a trouble shooter is always available to clients to find practical solutions to problems as they arise.  Renni is involved in the collection department and assists in providing payoffs and calculations of amounts due by delinquent unit owners.  Upon collection of past due assessments by our office, Renni provides the payment to the Association together with supporting documentation regarding payments received.

Rebeca Carnevale

Bankruptcy Paralegal

Rebeca is at the helm of the firm’s collection efforts on unpaid homeowner’s association. Rebeca has a firm hand in the collection process but takes pride in assisting homeowners in finding a workable solution to repay their obligations to the Association and remain current.

Rebeca is also involved in processing and managing Associations Claims in the Bankruptcy Court and files Proofs of Claim and monitors the payments to the Association of its claims.

Each day she is motivated by the opportunity to help people, and experience new and interesting challenges. Adriana is involved in all aspects of litigation including legal research, document management, filing of pleadings and coordinating mediations, depositions and hearings.
